Female Impact Lunch

Female Impact Lunch

10. November 2021   12:00 - 14:00

Are women better in impact topics? And if so: why?

1,7% of all private capital in EU went to female founders, being 51% in demographics – this is a clear disadvantage for women founders. BCG studies show that invested $ has a higher ROI in female founded start ups- so why do we have still the gap and what can we change in order to have a better economy and use equally given talents?

Impact means having an impact on society – studies show that women have higher results in emotional related issues which is critical for successful leadership – we need to make more gender balanced investments because studies show that female and mixed teams of investors and founders outperform all male teams.

These issues will be discussed with Brigitte Zypries (Former Federal Minister for Economic Affairs and Energy), Janina Mütze (Founder Civey), Mor Eini (Growth Manager at APX), Shoshana Feingold-Studnik (Investor at Panthera and Initiator of this event) and Ester Elias (Commercial Counselor, Head of the Economic and Trade Mission to Berlin at the Embassy of Israel in Germany).

Furthermore we are introducing some very interesting impact startups from Israel and Germany.

For this event we are cooperating with our GINSUM Partner Hamburg Invest.

Final agenda will be up soon! Stay tuned.
